We purchased our new home, built by Harmon & Holcomb, in June of 2007. After discussions with them, we felt we were making the right choice based on their commitment to build homes using current methods for energy efficiency and the latest standards in design. In our three years, we have not been disappointed, especially with our energy expense. For 35 months, our average electric is $87 and gas is $31 per month.
As for after-the-sale support, items were addressed immediately by H&H and their contractors. After three years, we continue to receive compliments on our home’s looks and features.
